HWL Ebsworth has advised Officeworks on its acquisition of digital education provider, Box of Books, with the transaction anticipated to complete later this year.
Box of Books provides a digital education platform that enhances student engagement with physical and digital textbook content, providing an enriched, immersive learning experience. The strategic acquisition enhances the role Officeworks can continue to play in reducing the digital divide in education, helping even more Australian students access quality resources to improve educational outcomes.
Officeworks is one of Australia’s largest office and stationery supplier, with more than 170 stores across Australia in every State and Territory.
