Adam Ludlow

Adam’s expertise includes acting for vendors and purchasers in the sale and purchase of commercial properties, ranging from agricultural properties (including wineries and vineyards, pastoral properties, cattle stations, feedlots and orchards), to office, retail and industrial properties, as well as retirement villages and hotels and motels.
Additionally, Adam has significant experience in the sale of distressed properties, be they residential, commercial, industrial or agricultural, acting for many of the local insolvency firms and banks.

Adam also acts for property developers in development projects (including land division and community titling).
Moreover, Adam regularly provides construction advice, assisting in the negotiation and entering into of commercial construction contracts, as well as leasing advice and the preparation for Landlords and Tenants of various forms of Leases, again ranging from the commercial and industrial to agricultural.

Experience

Adam’s recent experience includes advising:

  • The vendor of a prominent multi-million-dollar cellar door, vineyard & wine-making business in the Barossa Valley;
  • A multi-national company on the sale of its vineyard holdings and associated wine-making businesses in South Australia and Victoria;
  • A local council in the sale of its retirement village assets;
  • A vendor in the sale of a prominent feedlot in the South East;
  • A developer in the construction of a multi-storey residential apartment building in CBD Adelaide; and
  • A tenant in long term ground leases from the State Government in the MAB Tonsley Innovation District.
