HWLE Lawyers has advised the Jones Radiology doctor group on the successful acquisition of the remaining 49% shareholding from I-MED Radiology Network.

Jones Radiology is a leading provider of diagnostic and interventional radiology services across South Australia and Alice Springs. The acquisition concludes a 25-year partnership with I-MED Radiology, during which Jones Radiology’s partner doctors held a majority 51% stake. With the purchase of I-MED’s minority interest, the practice is now entirely in the hands of South Australian healthcare professionals.
