HWL Ebsworth has advised Maas Group Holdings Limited on the acquisition of integrated construction materials business Dandy Premix for $85 million.
Dandy Premix operates five concrete plants, a sand quarry and a hard rock quarry in south-east Melbourne producing more than 300,000m3 of concrete, 300,000 tonnes of sand and 300,000 tonnes of aggregates and other quarry products per annum.
The transaction grows Maas Group’s presence as a leading construction materials, equipment and services provider in Australia.
