Frank has more than 19 years experience in providing advice on all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial property, including sales and acquisitions, developments, subdivisions, due diligence, bulk lot conveyancing, joint ventures and structured development agreements, retail, commercial and industrial leasing (including disputes) and mortgagee sales.

Working on a wide range of projects in the area of property law, Frank’s focus is to provide advice and expert services to meet the specific needs of clients in each case. He enjoys close relationships with clients and is focused on continually delivering high service levels and outcomes.

Frank acts for property developers, builders, financial institutions, shopping centre owners, wealth creation agencies, property investment vehicles and commercial, residential and industrial property owners.

Experience

Frank’s recent experience includes:

  • PPB Advisory: Acted for receivers in the sale of Melbourne’s marina project at Martha Cove to an entity associated with Goldman Sachs. The 94-hectare waterfront site consisted of five precincts including a freehold 234-berth marina, a prime location mixed use precinct with approval for retail, commercial and residential developments, waterfront land lots and a significant rural land holding;
  • TP Real Estate Holdings: Advised TP Real Estate Holdings, a joint venture between Singapore-listed Plato Capital and Malaysia’s Tune Hotels Group on the sale of the 225-room Tune Hotel in Carlton, Victoria;
  • Forest Resort: Acted for receivers in the sale of Forest Resort; and
  • Block Arcade, Melbourne: Acted for a high net worth family in the acquisition of one of Australia’s premier shopping destinations
