HWL Ebsworth is advising Fuse Minerals Ltd on its Initial Public Offering (IPO), which is expected to list on the Australia Securities Exchange (ASX) in mid-December 2023. The IPO is set to raise between $6 million and $10 million for Fuse Minerals.
Fuse Minerals is a resource exploration company that is focused on projects prospective of copper, gold, silver, lead, zinc and nickel in Australia. The funds from the IPO will be used to finance the company’s exploration endeavours at its tenements located in Western Australia and Queensland.
The IPO deal team is led by Tom Morgan, Partner, with assistance from Stella Lee, Special Counsel, Michael Napoli, Senior Associate, Tom Kaldis, Solicitor, Harley Sawalha, Solicitor, and Ben Leadbetter, Law Graduate.
Additional work done in relation to tenement acquisitions and reports, and tax and duty advice, involved Michael Brady, Partner, John Caravousanos, Partner, Nima Sedaghat, Partner, and Jaxon Lee, Solicitor.
