Andrew Natoli is an experienced planning lawyer and a Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) Accredited Specialist in Environment and Planning Law. Andrew is also a member of the LIV Environment and Planning Law Advisory Committee.
Andrew has over 25 years’ experience and regularly acts for a range of developer and extractive industry clients and provides high level advice and advocacy in Supreme Court, Tribunal and Planning Panel settings.
Andrew has a dual planning and legal qualification and has extensive experience in planning policy development and legislation, including the development of major reforms to the Victorian planning system. Andrew recently consulted to the Department of Transport and Planning to deliver key discussion papers on streamlining residential approvals and guidance documents that are used by planners in daily practice.
