Adam is a Special Counsel in HWL Ebsworth’s Corporate and Commercial Team.

Adam advises his clients on a range of corporate and commercial law areas with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, business structuring and restructuring, corporate governance, commercial transactions and regulatory compliance.

Adam’s clients extend across multi-nationals, financial services firms, professional services firms, high net worth individuals, listed companies, incorporated associations, family-owned businesses and not-for-profits. His clients operate in a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, logistics, transportation, health/care services and professional services.

Adam’s experience includes advising:

  • An investor group in relation to its investment in a whisky distillery;
