HWLE Lawyers advises shareholders of FTP Solutions on strategic investment by Five V Capital

Firm News

HWLE Lawyers has advised the shareholders of FTP Solutions, an Australian founded mining technology business, on its strategic partnership with Five V Capital, a leading Australian growth focused private equity firm.

The transaction marks a significant milestone in FTP Solutions’ growth journey and supports the business’ continued expansion in Australia and offshore. The strategic investment will enable FTP Solutions to accelerate its next phase of development as mining operations increasingly transition towards autonomous, digital and highly connected operating environments.

Alongside its core focus on mining technology, FTP Solutions will continue to support innovation across the broader technology ecosystem through its investments in Faarm and Yarn Mesh, which develop software and hardware solutions for the agricultural sector.

Partner Kate McKeough led the firm’s deal team, supported by Patrick Cook (Special Counsel), Tyson Brazel (Associate), Adele Brookes (Solicitor), Cam Horsell (Solicitor) and Frank Krinis (Law Graduate).
