HWL Ebsworth acted for Tony White Group (TWG) on the purchase of business assets of Kloster Motor Group (KMG) from A.P. Eagers Limited in a deal which saw TWG acquire business and real property assets totalling $107 million. KMG operates dealerships across Newcastle, Cardiff and Maitland across three different dealership badges, which generate in total $420 million annually and employs 410 people.
