Josh Messing has recently joined the firm as a partner within the Technology, Media and Communications team in Sydney. Josh brings extensive experience in negotiating strategic outsourcing and IT contracts. His expertise extends to mergers & acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, business process enhancements, distribution agreements, telecommunications projects and general procurement.
Josh’s clients include leading Australian and multi-national organisations operating within a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, information technology, energy and resources, insurance, real estate, media, transport and government.
Josh’s addition sees the HWL Ebsworth’s national Technology, Media and Communications team growing to 17 partners delivering contentious and non-contentious services to clients located in each State and Territory across Australia.
