| Session 4 - Technology Contracts - Maximising Outcomes and Managing Risk In 2018-19 Australian Government expenditure on ICT related goods and services was over $3.9 billion. More broadly, the majority of Commonwealth commercial contracts involve some form of technology. | Session 5 - Contractual Liability: Indemnities, limitations and exclusions Contractual liability is one of the most important and frequently negotiated issues in government contracts.
