Vicki is Special Counsel in HWL Ebsworth’s Melbourne transport practice. Admitted in 2000, Vicki has 25 years’ experience practising in insurance, transport law and personal injuries litigation across Victoria, NSW and Queensland and courts at all levels including Courts of Appeal.
Vicki has extensive expertise in all types of aviation and marine claims, public and product liability, property damage, workplace injuries, contribution and recovery actions, commercial disputes, and advising in relation to aviation, marine and insurance matters.
Her broad litigation and advisory background ensures a strategic and commercially informed approach to both disputes and the provision of advice. Vicki is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, ALAANZ, and the Melbourne Marine Insurance Forum.
