Tim Frost

Tim specialises in all aspects of workplace relations law, with a focus on litigation and investigations, workplace aspects of business transactions, and senior executive and contingent worker issues.

Tim assists clients ranging from major Australian corporates and government bodies through to the local operations of international businesses.

Tim has been recognised by his peers in Best Lawyers for Employee Benefits Law and Labour and Employment Law and is recommended for Employment Law by Doyle’s Guide.


Tim’s experience includes advising:

  • A global defence contracting company on the workplace law aspects of its acquisition of Qantas Defence Services;
  • A big 4 bank on a substantial sexual harassment claim by an ex-employee, including conduct of Federal Court proceedings;
  • An Australian broadcast company on protection of its confidential information and intellectual property from misuse by an ex-employee;
  • A major Australian university in the investigation of serious fraud allegations against academic employees; and
  • A major Australian resource company on the termination of employment of its Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer.
