Steven is a Partner in our Workplace Relations and Safety Group with over 25 years’ experience advising on all aspects of workplace relations law and strategy. He is known for pragmatic, commercially focused advice and practical solutions.

Steven is a longstanding and trusted advisor to major employers in the private and public sectors. He has extensive experience providing strategic employment law and industrial relations advice, including assisting employers with complex and sensitive terminations of executive employment, negotiating enterprise agreements, implementing workplace restructures and advising on fair work, industrial relations and award compliance issues.

Steven is an Accredited Specialist in Employment and Industrial Law and is recognised in Doyle’s Guide for Employment Law and in Best Lawyers™ Australia for Alternative Dispute Resolution, Employee Benefits Law and Labour and Employment Law.
