Stephen has over 30 years’ experience as a commercial and property lawyer.
His current focus is on residential and lifestyle developments, golf courses, commercial and industrial parks, hotels and motels, tenders and expressions of interest, retail and commercial leasing; including advising on joint ventures, owners corporations, off-the-plan subdivisions, water, planning, land tax, capital gains tax, GST and GAIC.
Stephen is the past president of the Mornington Peninsula Lawyers’ Association
Experience
Stephen’s experience includes advising:
- A residential developer on the subdivision and disposal of part of a golf course by tender;
- Various clients on 900 residential lot development, including joint venture agreements, water, planning, land tax and GAIC;
- Confidential client on conversion of quarry into 48 lot industrial subdivision; and
- A commercial client on 52 lot Business Park development.
