Experience

Sarah’s experience includes advising:

  • Far East Consortium on its West Side Place mixed use project, including preparing master contracts of sale and associated documentation, advising on subdivision and owners corporation matters, reviewing and advising on section 173 agreements and assisting in completion matters;
  • UEM Sunrise Berhad on its Aurora mixed use project (previously Melbourne’s tallest tower) including preparing updated master contracts of sale, advising on subdivision and owners corporation matters, reviewing and advising on section 173 agreements and assisting in completion matters;
  • Care Park Group Pty Ltd on large scale acquisitions and disposals of property within its car park portfolio, as well as advising generally in relation to leasing matters;
  • Vicland Property Group on large scale acquisitions and disposals of property, including the recent Toorak Village and Wilson Street South Yarra acquisitions; and
  • the Warralily Joint Venture on one of Australia’s largest “new community” broad acre developments in Australia comprising over 7000 residential lots, retail and community precincts.
