Sarah is focused on delivering commercial outcomes for her clients and works with domestic and overseas banks, funds, corporates, government and not for profit entities on secured and unsecured syndicated, club and bilateral corporate finance, real estate finance, agricultural finance, equipment finance, project finance and acquisition finance transactions. She has extensive experience in the real estate sector and matters arising from the application of the Personal Property Securities Act.
Sarah has worked in Melbourne, London and Hong Kong, has advised clients across a range of jurisdictions including Australia, Europe, the Americas and Asia and is recognised in Best Lawyers™ Australia in the areas of Structured Finance and Equipment Finance.
