Samantha’s expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, private equity/venture capital and procurement. In addition, Samantha regularly provides Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule advice, including in relation to related party transactions, corporate governance, directors’ duties, share capital reconstructions and continuous disclosure.

- VHM Limited Acting in relation to its demerger of its gold operations by way of in specie distribution.
- SA Government Acting in relation to the $1.605 billion commercialisation of the State’s lands titling and valuation services.
- Numedico Acting in relation to the acquisition of the worldwide assets of the Clickzip retractable syringe business in 2020.
- Allegro Funds Advising Australian private equity house and fund manager, on its purchase of Great Southern Rail (the Ghan and Indian Pacific) from Serco Group plc and its subsequent sale to Quadrant Private Equity for $110 million.
- Quadrant Energy Advising on the establishment and administration of a senior executive incentive plan arising as a result of Macquarie Capital and Brookfield Consortium’s $2.1 billion acquisition of Apache WA oil and gas assets, and the subsequent US$1.93 billion sale of Quadrant Energy to Santos.
