Rosie specialises in Government, Planning and Environment Law and Dispute Resolution and has over 18 years of experience in Australia, the UK and the Middle East assisting public and private sector clients in administrative and regulatory governance, decision making, compliance and enforcement, project approvals, licencing and disputes.
Rosie assists public and private sector project proponents, developers, land owners, owners corporations and a range of commercial, construction, infrastructure and energy sector clients. Rosie advises on the statutory requirements for project approvals, project risks, environmental licencing, pollution and contamination, due diligence, dispute resolution and regulatory enforcement.
Rosie holds a Masters in Law & Government Regulation from ANU, is a member of the Behavioural Standards Panel and has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide in 2024 and 2025.
