Rochelle Airey

Rochelle Airey is a Special Counsel in the Workplace Relations and Safety Team in the Perth office.

Admitted to practice in 2009, Rochelle has experience in all aspects of the employment relationship. Rochelle is also able to advise on and act for clients in employment litigation including unfair dismissal, general protections and discrimination claims.

Rochelle’s focus is on working with clients to provide positive working relationships with employees and contractors and helping clients deal with issues that arise proactively, efficiently and cost effectively. Rochelle provides accurate and timely advice on complex employment matters, including compliance with statutory obligations, managing difficult employment scenrios and employment litigation.
