Rochelle Airey is a Special Counsel in the Workplace Relations and Safety Team in the Perth office.

Admitted to practice in 2009, Rochelle has experience in all aspects of the employment relationship. Rochelle advises on and representer clients in employment litigation including unfair dismissal, general protections and discrimination claims.

Rochelle’s focus is on working with clients across a range of industries to provide positive working relationships with employees and contractors and helping clients deal with issues as they arise in a proactive, efficient and cost effective manner. Rochelle provides accurate and timely advice on complex employment matters, including compliance with statutory obligations, managing difficult employment scenarios, work health and safety and employment litigation.
