The disputes typically involve competition and consumer law, corporations law/ASIC Act, intellectual property, IT, financial services, insolvency, professional negligence, property, reinsurance and taxation law. He has extensive experience working on complex multi-party disputes and large regulatory investigations and routinely assists clients responding to compulsory notices for documents/information and at compulsory examinations.
