Richard is a Consultant in the Transport and Airports Group with over 30 years’ experience advising airports, airlines, and air operators. He has extensive Australian and international expertise across regulatory, commercial, corporate, and operational aspects of aviation. From 2007–2010, he served as Head of Legal and Procurement for airlines in Australia and Singapore.

Richard specialises in managing legal teams on major projects. He is ranked in Best Lawyers™, Who’s Who Legal, Doyle’s Guide, and Expert Guides for Aviation Law. His expertise includes airport and airline regulation, commercial arrangements, airport design, airspace protection, government agreements, greenfield developments, aircraft purchase and leasing, fuel supply, and compliance with aviation laws.
