Rachel Gregson is a Special Counsel in HWL Ebsworth’s Sydney Real Estate and Projects team, with over 20 years of property experience. She advises on capital transactions including acquisitions, disposals and due diligence as well leasing across commercial, industrial, rural and retail sectors. Her clients include energy companies, service station operators, restaurant operators, hospital operators, government clients, property trusts and institutional developers.

Rachel has particular expertise acting on leasing portfolios, licensed premises, mixed-use developments and rural properties including advising on access rights, crown land, enclosure permits and biodiversity credits. She acts for landlords and tenants on complex agreements for lease, renewals, assignments and subleases. Known for her commercial focus and attention to detail, Rachel delivers practical, outcome-driven advice across all stages of the property lifecycle.
