Patrick specialises in providing contracting, tendering and probity advice and services to all levels of Government.
Patrick assists clients in all areas of Government procurement including in ICT, property, construction, defence, health and education sectors.
Prior to joining HWL Ebsworth, Patrick worked in the Department of Defence in procurement and contracting and brings hands-on understanding and experience.
Experience
Patrick’s experience includes advising:
- Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade by providing probity and procurement advice for the project for the new Australian Embassy in Washington DC;
- NSW Environmental Protection Agency by contracting and negotiating for the procurement of a nationally consistent hazardous waste tracking solution; and
- NSW Government Agency in defence of a procurement related claim in the Supreme Court, including successful mediation.
