Patrick specialises in providing contracting, tendering and probity advice and services to all levels of Government.
Patrick assists clients in all areas of Government procurement including in ICT, property, construction, defence, health and education sectors.
Prior to joining HWL Ebsworth, Patrick worked in the Department of Defence in procurement and contracting and brings hands-on understanding and experience.
