Patricia Tsang
Patricia is a Special Counsel in HWL Ebsworth’s Banking & Financial Services Group.
Patricia has acted across a broad range of debt financing transactions, including note issuances, property financing, securitisation, aircraft financing and other structured debt financing, as well as bilateral lending and syndicated debt financing.
Patricia has extensive Australian legal experience at a top-tier firm and more recent experience at a boutique firm, as well as a financial background at a US investment bank.
Experience
Patricia’s experience includes advising:
- A publicly listed property group on its syndicated multi-option financing facility and in setting up commercial mortgage-backed securities issuance programmes;
- A non-bank lender on setting up residential mortgage-backed securities issuance programmes;
- An investment firm on its acquisition of a bank debt portfolio and on a restructuring involving a securitisation trust;
- An investment firm on its restructuring of around 38 aircraft transactions; and
- A private property group on multiple large-scale residential and commercial property development transactions including in Liverpool, Parramatta and Harris Park.
