Patricia has acted across a broad range of debt financing transactions, including property financing, securitisation, aircraft financing and other structured debt financing. Patricia also has recent experience advising on risk mitigation of lender exposure to global market-leading debt transactions (through credit enhancement/ credit risk insurance).
Patricia has extensive Australian legal experience at a top-tier firm and more recent experience at a boutique firm, as well as a financial background at a US investment bank.
