Nikki specialises in intellectual property, technology and privacy law. She also advises in relation to commercial law, consumer protection and competition law, and has particular interests in the R&D and space sectors.

Nikki assists businesses with protecting and commercialising IP, documenting arrangements for R&D grants and collaborations and managing data privacy and security compliance and risks. She also assists with documenting and negotiating a wide range of corporate and commercial arrangements and transactions, including outsourcing, subcontracting, procurement, licensing and distribution agreements, technology transfer and commercialisation, governance and sale and purchase transactions.

Nikki leverages her prior experience as in-house counsel at a major research institution to bring a practical, commercial and responsive approach to client service.
