Nicole is a Special Counsel in our Brisbane office and has extensive experience in insurance, having worked in-house for insurers, within Queensland Treasury and Crown Law and in the private sector working for both plaintiffs and defendants in NSW and Queensland.
Nicole assists insurers and institutions in the management and defence of civil claims, including all aspects of person injury litigation, specialises in historical abuse claims including sensitive, complex and high quantum matters.
