Myra is a Special Counsel in the HWLE Corporate & Commercial group.
Myra specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures and commercial contracting, drawing on her experience at major law firms and in-house. Myra assists private companies and publicly listed companies from industries including FMCG, energy and resources.
Myra is a University of Melbourne alumni with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts. She is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.

- Banpu Energy Australia Advising on its acquisition from EnergyAustralia of a 50% equity interest in the Wooreen Battery Energy Storage System project in the Latrobe Valley in Victoria.
- Alternate Path Advising on its joint venture with Gamuda Australia to deliver a landowner-led renewable energy portfolio in Central Tasmania, combining 600 MW of wind and solar with up to 600 MW of battery storage.
- 7-Eleven Advising on its master services agreement with a supply chain provider for facility warehousing services and transport services across its 680 stores in Victoria, New South Wales and South East Queensland.
- Vitronic Advising on its provision of tolling support services to Transurban’s CityLink motorway as part of the CityLink Tolling Upgrade Project.
- Water Technology Advising on its acquisition of Innovative Groundwater Services and E2 Design.
- Geofabrics Australasia Advising on its acquisition of Bayset (a trade supplier and reseller of solutions for the waterproofing, flooring, and concrete repair industries).
- Coles Group Limited Acting whilst in-house on the: transformation of the Flybuys JV between Coles and Wesfarmers to include Bunnings and Officeworks and transition to a NextGen operating model; divestment of its hotel and gaming business; and LGC (large-scale generation certificates) purchase contracts with Acciona, Engie, Macquarie Bank, Neoen and Origin to help Coles meets its target to be powered by 100% renewable electricity by the end of FY25.
- Marubeni Corporation, POSCO and China Steel Corporation Acting in relation to their acquisition of a 30% interest in the Roy Hill Iron Ore Project for $3.5 billion, and in relation to the US$7.2 billion debt package secured by the Project.
