Michael’s recent experience includes:

• BWP Management Ltd: Acting as responsible entity for BWP Trust on the acquisition, development and leaseback to Bunnings Group Ltd of various Bunnings Warehouse properties in NSW, Vic, Qld and WA with a total value exceeding $500m;
• Charter Hall Property Group: Advising on the leasing of office and industrial premises in Melbourne Vic and the acquisition of the Metcash distribution facility in Laverton North for approximately $100m;
• APN Funds Management Ltd: Acting as responsible entity for Generation Healthcare Fund (GHC) on the acquisition of Westmead Rehabilitation Hospital in NSW and lease to Pulse Health Group and general leasing work for hospital facilities in Vic and Qld;
• APN Property Group: Advising on the acquisition, development and leasing of various commercial, industrial and retail sites in Victoria, NSW and Qld; and
• AGL Energy Group: Advising on the leasing of office and retail properties across Australia.
