- Fortescue Future Industries on the due diligence and acquisition of pastoral leases and freehold properties;
- DevelopmentWA to achieve and implement it key strategic objective of releasing and developing commercial and industrial land in Western Australia;
- Prendiville Group on the simultaneous acquisition of 9 hotels over three Australian jurisdictions from the Abu Dhabi sovereign fund;
