- Forestry Projects Acting for international institutional funds, international family offices and domestic clients on the acquisition and ongoing management of forestry assets in Australia including FIRB application for single assets and exemption certificates for multiple assets, due diligence, drafting and negotiating sale contracts, forestry management agreements and carbon rights.
- Macquarie Asset Management Advising on the sale of the agribusiness division of Lawson Grains for $600 million to a Canadian pension fund, the due diligence and acquisition of broad acre farming properties including drafting and negotiating sale contracts and providing ongoing advice on operational farming related matters including land access with mining and petroleum companies.
- RAC Advising on the due diligence, acquisition and development of an employees accommodation precinct for RAC’s Ningaloo Beach Resort, redevelopment of RAC’s Ningaloo Beach Resort including the acquisition of additional land to accommodate the redevelopment and on the due diligence and acquisition and redevelopment of tourism projects in Western Australia.

- Lawson Grains Advising on the ongoing portfolio management after the sale from Macquarie Asset Management including negotiating a large wind farm project on one of the farming assets including negotiating terms sheet, option, lease and easements (access and infrastructure) with a State government entity and advising on land access agreements with mining and petroleum companies.
