Michael is a Special Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial Group of HWL Ebsworth.
He has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, advisory, governance and complex commercial contracting. Michael advises on, coordinates and delivers all aspects of acquisitions, disposals, and commercial transactions. He acts for leading Australian and international companies, both public and private.
Michael works closely with senior management, directors, and in-house legal teams to identify solutions, develop strategy and deliver on projects. Michael adds-value with his practical and commercial approach.
