Dispute resolution practice
- An ASX listed Developer in respect of a dispute in the Federal and NSW Supreme Courts with a project participant in connection with the payment due for the design and construction of the residential and commercial development;
- A Leading Global Mining Group in respect of a dispute in the Supreme Court of Western Australia regarding the supply and installation of mining plant at a site in Western Australia;
- A Gold Mining Company in respect of a Supreme Court matter regarding disputes surrounding variation claims in respect of mining accommodation facilities works;
Transactional practice
- A Luxury and Large-Scale Property Developer drafting and negotiating contracts in respect of the development of major Perth CBD offices;
- An ASX listed Contractor drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including preparing contracts in respect of a defence base and international airport; and
- A Local Government drafting and negotiating infrastructure and civil works contracts, including in respect of highway extension and golf course development.
