Matthew’s experience includes advising:

• Two major Contractors in relation to construction and delivery of parts of the Chatswood to Sydenham portion of the Sydney Metro project;
• A JV of Tier 1 Contractors on a variety of claims against another JV consortium during construction of the Northwest portion of the Sydney Metro project;
• John Holland in relation to downstream claims arising out of design and construction of a new bridge located in Batemans Bay NSW;
• Taylor Constructions in relation to a number of previous and ongoing projects;
• A large subcontractor in its successful claim against a head contractor at International Arbitration, where the dispute involved the construction of a major infrastructure project in the Northern Territory; and
• Several Tier-1 and Mid-tier Contractors on contractual entitlements and options for dispute resolution.
