Martin is NSW Practice Group Head of HWL Ebsworth’s Real Estate and Projects Group and brings over 30 years of experience in complex real estate transactions. He acts for many of Australia’s largest owners, developers, and users of real estate, many of whom have worked with him for over two decades and is known for his strategic insight, commercial acumen, and ability to identify and manage risk in complex transactions.
Martin and his dedicated team have built a market leading reputation in commercial acquisitions and disposals, complex agreements for lease and real estate portfolio management. In the process he and his team have also built and operate a leasing centre of excellence that delivers tailored legal services to national clients underpinned by sophisticated IT solutions that streamline workflows and reporting, ensuring efficient and responsive service delivery.
