Lynette Reynolds

For more than 25 years Lynette has assisted clients with their commercial, retail, industrial and rural property requirements. Lynette acts for clients in all aspects of the acquisition, development and disposal of real estate including related specialist contracts such as alliance contracting, builder tripartite arrangements, buy back arrangements and development agreements.

Lynette also has significant experience assisting clients with negotiating and documenting leases and all related documents for their commercial, retail and industrial holdings.

In the commercial sphere, Lynette assists clients with contract preparation and advice, group structuring and purchases and sales of businesses. Lynette regularly advises medical, dental and allied health companies and practitioners on structuring, group ownership issues, purchase and sale of business, service arrangements and contract issues.

Experience

Lynette’s experience includes advising:

  • Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT on acquisition, due diligence, development, sale, leasing and ongoing property management issues relating to existing and new childcare centres and other social infrastructure property including alliance agreements, public private partnerships and co-located leasehold sites;
  • Stockland on the acquisition and development of industrial sites at Willawong, Carole Park and Richlands, and ongoing leasing and general property work for their Queensland property industrial holdings;
  • Various Hotel Owners and Hotel Managers on hotel management agreements for new hotel developments in Brisbane, Melbourne and the Gold Coast;
  • National Australia Bank on its Queensland property portfolio including new leases, fit-out and incentive arrangements, renewals, variations, surrenders and sale of surplus property; and
  • Various Clients on acquisition and due diligence for rural property interests, including water rights, carbon sequestration and tenure for renewable energy projects.
