- The NSW Minister for Planning/Department of Planning Acting on numerous matters relating to the assessment, determination and post-approval compliance of major projects (eg Barangaroo, Sydney Football Stadium, Luna Park and various proposals for coal mines, quarries, windfarms, waste facilities and large-scale residential subdivision).
- The NSW Minister for Environment and Heritage/NSW Environment & Heritage Acting on various matters (including litigation) concerning native vegetation clearing, coastal zone development, heritage items and harm to national parks and wildlife, as well as coronial investigations.
