Lisa Vo is a Partner in our Construction & Infrastructure Group. She excels at advising clients on project delivery, contract administration, management of claims and dispute resolution in complex and large scale construction and infrastructure projects. She assists clients in delivery, operations and maintenance and post completion stages, always drawing from her experience in resolving disputes through a variety of processes, including mediations, expert determinations, arbitrations and litigation.
Lisa has acted for government and private sector clients on some of the largest infrastructure and PPP projects in Australia, including major transport infrastructure, airport terminals, Defence projects, desalination plants, commercial building projects and mining.

- Level Crossing Removal Project Advising on project delivery and contract administration issues related to the removal of 110 level crossings across Melbourne.
- State of Victoria Advising on project delivery, contract administration issues and disputes related to the Melbourne City Link infrastructure project and its PPP concession arrangement.
- Victorian road government authorities Advising on project delivery and resolution of claims and disputes related to freeway projects and major road upgrades around metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria, including CityLink Tulla Widening, M80 Upgrade, Monash Freeway Upgrade, Chandler Highway Upgrade, O’Herns Road Upgrade, Streamlining Hoddle Street, Princes Highway, South Gippsland Highway and Mordialloc Bypass.
- Department of Defence Advising on contract administration issues, resolution of claims and disputes related to various Defence Force infrastructure projects, including in an expert determination of delay claims, an arbitration arising of defective works on base infrastructure and adjudications of security of payment claims.
