Leon has broad experience in the Asia-Pacific region, having spent 18 years at major banks and investment banks in Hong Kong and Singapore.
He has advised on a wide range of debt financing transactions (bilateral and syndicated) involving acquisition financing, asset financing, transaction banking, trade and receivables financing across a variety of sectors including real estate, telecommunications, commodities, general corporate banking, hotels, and professional services.
Leon has extensive experience in cross-border transactions within the Asia-Pacific region and, before returning to Australia, spent several years as a derivatives lawyer in Singapore with a major international investment bank.
