Lauren is a banking and finance lawyer with significant experience advising banks, corporate institutions and not-for-profit organisations on general corporate lending, acquisition finance, project finance and construction finance transactions. Lauren specialises in the preparation, negotiation and drafting of complex facility agreements, intercreditor arrangements and security structuring.
Lauren has a diverse background having worked at Clifford Chance in Frankfurt, Germany and Perth, Western Australia and has experience working in the property and general commercial sectors. Lauren is qualified to practice in Western Australia and in England & Wales.
