Kris is the firm’s Chief Executive Officer, having assumed the role 1 July 2024 following 10 years as Head of Finance and 3 years as Chief Operating Officer. He has substantial experience in M&A and organic growth strategies within the professional legal services industry. Kris has a passion for developing high-performance cultures, working collaboratively across business functions to optimise outcomes through strategic, results focused solutions.

Kris has overall joint responsibility for the firm’s national partner group and specific oversight of operations including finance, information technology and people & development.

Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Kris worked in financial services, with earlier experience in financial accounting and funds management. Kris is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
