John Vozzo

John has extensive experience in construction law. He acts in both non-contentious matters and disputes, and has been involved in some of the largest public and private infrastructure projects undertaken in South Australia.

He advises on the procurement and delivery of major civil, commercial, residential, engineering, manufacturing, defence, technology and infrastructure projects. His contentious practice has a particular focus on major disputes, security of payment, delay and disruption, insurance and insolvency.

John is noted for his pragmatic, relationship-driven and outcome-oriented approach. He builds long-term relationships with clients so that he can give tailored, practical advice that meets their business needs.

John has deep connections in the South Australian construction industry, particularly through his engagement with education, policy and advocacy activities of major local industry associations including the Master Builders Association, Civil Contractors Federation, Australian Institute of Architects, and the Resolution Institute. He is regularly recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a leading South Australian construction and infrastructure lawyer.
