Isobel worked in-house for a South Australian based private equity fund with a primary focus on provision of healthcare staff across Australia during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Experience
Isobel’s experience includes advising:
- the purchaser of the Domiciliary Care Services business from the South Australian Government;
- the sellers of a Victorian based commercial trailer hire and transport company for $40million;
- the sellers of an Australian leading point-of-sale software provider in its acquisition by overseas purchasers for $8million; and
- a group of sellers in relation to the sale of their $40million interests a golf course, associated spa business and surrounding development land in the Hunter Valley, NSW.
