Imogen is a Partner in HWLE’s Commercial & Corporate group and was formerly a Director of Ogilvie Jennings before merging with HWLE in 2026.
She advises a broad range of private and corporate clients across transactional commercial and property matters, estate planning and estate administration matters.
She brings a measured, pragmatic, technically rigorous approach to complex transactions and is valued for her ability to guide clients through sensitive commercial and financial issues. She regularly acts for clients locally and nationally on Tasmania property sales and acquisitions, developments, and leasing.
Imogen has been recognised in the 2025 Doyle’s Guide Leading Wills, Estates & Succession Planning Lawyers – Tasmania, 2025.
Imogen is an active contributor to the profession, currently serving as the Treasurer of the Law Society of Tasmania and has served on its elected Council since 2024.
