In addition to being a lawyer, Helen is also a registered Australian & New Zealand Patent & Trade Mark Attorney and Notary Public (NSW).
Helen specialises in clearance and freedom to operate opinions, and in the prosecution of trade mark, patents, and design applications (including opposition, removal, re-examination, and revocation proceedings). She also assists clients with the regulatory requirements associated with food & beverages, pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
