Grant has over 14 years’ experience as a specialist construction lawyer, advising and acting for a wide range of construction industry clients, including major (Tier 1) contractors, private and public principals and industry professionals on energy, commercial and public infrastructure projects.
Grant’s back-end focused experience includes International Arbitration proceedings, litigation in Australian State Supreme Courts and adjudication in all Australian Security of Payment Act jurisdictions, with expertise in delay and disruption disputes.
Grant’s front-end experience includes reviewing and preparing construction industry contracts, including head contracts (construct only and D&C), subcontracts, supply and consultancy agreements for various private and public contractors, subcontractors and principals.
