Gamini is highly experienced in the areas of corporate finance, structured property finance, major property and infrastructure projects.
Gamini has advised corporate, government and joint-venture clients on complex financing and development transactions for a number of large-scale projects in Australia. He was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1990 and joined HWL Ebsworth in 2012, after a career during which he was a banking and finance partner at two of Sydney’s largest law firms.

- Banking syndicate Acted on the $305 Million facility to Parmalat Australia.
- Westcheme Acted on its acquisition and financing of the $250 Million Brisbane Square office development.
- Financier Acted for the financier to fund the takeover by MGM of the AMP Industrial Trust.
- Woolworths Ltd Acted on its $700 Million bilateral facilities, $800 Million CP programme and on its $1.5 Billion takeover financing facility for its takeover bid for ALH Ltd.
